Woman with congestive heart failure has breathing trouble

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical responders were sent to a location near South Cross Street in Crossville for a 57-year-old woman with congestive heart failure and severe breathing difficulty, who also reported dizziness and feeling like she might pass out.
