Trespass and theft reported at CVS on East Dixon Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a pharmacy on East Dixon Street for a report of a male who may have been previously trespassed and who allegedly took several lighters, paying for only one. The man was contacted outside the store, and records indicated he had been trespassed from that location on a prior date.
