Psychiatric evaluation requested near Crystal Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, a psychiatric evaluation was requested near East Upland Drive in Crystal Lake. Multiple units were dispatched, and officers on scene reported the area was secure. An additional ambulance was later sent to the same location.
