Cars screeching tires on west side of Cuba

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of multiple vehicles screeching and burning their tires on the west side of Cuba near Spencer Street and McLeod Street. An officer indicated they were currently too busy to respond due to heavy traffic in the area.
