Report of possibly impaired driver near Cuba

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a be-on-the-lookout alert for a possible impaired driver in a black SUV reported by a caller’s mother. The vehicle was reportedly traveling west near the intersection of US 550 and New Mexico State Road 197, west of Ojo Encino, with an estimated delay of about 40 minutes.
