Minor hit and run with red motorcycle on Broad Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported hit and run involving a red motorcycle near Broad Street in Cumberland. The motorcycle was last reported heading toward Lincoln. A driver stated their vehicle grazed the motorcycle on a side street, and the two briefly spoke on Menden Road before the motorcycle left. It appears the motorcyclist did not wish to pursue the matter.
