Unoccupied black car found on Highway 79

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possibly unoccupied black four-door car near highways 79 and M. They located a black Impala with no license plates and checked the vehicle in that area. Radio traffic also referenced an earlier collision involving a deer near highway M and another highway.
