Cyclist nearly hit by orange car near gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report that a man on a blue bicycle was nearly hit, or possibly hit, by a small orange car near a gas station on Mt Rushmore Road. The car was last reportedly seen traveling east toward a nearby park, and the bicyclist appeared to be an uninjured adult. Medical was considered but later it was confirmed there was no collision, crash, or injury.
