Car hits deer on I-5 near Custer, lanes blocked

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible one-car collision with a deer on northbound I-5 near Custer, just south of SR 101. A red Audi is stopped on the right shoulder, and an injured deer was initially blocking a lane and later seen on or near the shoulder. A gray pickup truck was reported blocking the left lane, and a motorcycle was present at the scene but apparently not involved.
