As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a man on the roof of a home near West 63rd Street, possibly on drugs and suicidal in connection with a domestic situation. Law enforcement and fire units staged nearby, and it was later reported that the man was off the roof and the scene appeared secure.
