Car reported driving wrong way on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency radio traffic reported a possible wrong-way vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of I-77 near Grant Avenue in Cuyahoga Heights. Initial reports described a white motorcycle, later possibly a white Mini Cooper.
