House fire with possible occupants inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported house fire at a residence on Plaza Drive, with smoke and flames visible and possible occupants still inside. Additional units established water supply, conducted a 360 survey, and made entry for fire attack and search. Later, units were also dispatched to a separate medical emergency involving an adult male at a home on Porter Andrews Road.
