Suicidal man on telehealth at Dallas City home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about a possible suicidal man at a residence on West 4th Street in Dallas City, with children reported to be in the home. Emergency and fire responders were asked to stand by while a responding unit traveled from Carthage.
