Person with tracheostomy has possible heat stroke outdoors

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical emergency reported near Ike Lynch Road and Alabama Trail. A patient with a tracheostomy may have heat stroke from cutting grass. The patient appears to be conscious and breathing.
