Report of impaired driver on Washington Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued an attempt to locate for a black 2015 Honda Civic after a possible impaired driving incident near Main Street and Ellendale Avenue in Dallas. The female driver reportedly passed another vehicle on the right, smelled of marijuana, and was last seen heading north on Washington Street.
