Due to the ambulance, is at 5021, San Jacinto Street. Comp is using the phone at AutoZone. The AutoZone is at 4920 Ross Avenue. Comp states he is homeless and does not have a phone. Com states he is passing by location. The blinds were cracked. Comps says he saw elderly (name withheld) female, approximately nine years old, being struck repealing by someone who could not see.
