Truck engine fire blocks eastbound lane on OR-212

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a truck on fire near highway 212 and Y East Avenue in Damascus. Flames were described as about two feet high from the engine bay, and the vehicle was blocking the eastbound lane. The driver was out of the truck, and fire units were reported to be arriving.
