Man revived after drug overdose at prison

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services were dispatched to a state correctional facility for a possible overdose. A 44-year-old man had apparently received Narcan and was reported to be conscious and breathing when responders were sent. The call was treated as a highest-priority medical response based on radio reports.
