Crash with debris at Locust and Poplar intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an open phone line and a report of a possible motor vehicle crash with injuries at Locust Street and Poplar Street in Danvers. Units arrived to find glass scattered in the intersection, at least one vehicle needing a tow, and officers checking vehicle registration information.
