Unconscious adult male found not breathing at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews were dispatched to an apartment complex near Lowell Avenue for a report of an unconscious adult man who was not breathing and could not be moved. CPR was reportedly not in progress and the man was described as cold to the touch.
