Apparently, not with an 85-year-old female requesting your facility. For pointing of a shortness of breath this morning. Patient says she just woke this morning, just really tend to catch your breasts. Upon her aisle, she had some labor breathing at about 26 to 28 a minute, sat in about 90% on room air, denies any kind of elongations at all, COPD or anything like that. It does have a history of a pacemaker for AFib, as well as some valve issues, so she needs one to replace. Diabetes and hypertension has not taken any of her morning medications. At this time, she sat in on 94-95% on a couple liters, O2 via Canula. After a one duo NEP, we're going to give her an ombuderal treatment here when I get done. She's just finishing that up. Patients have a blood pressure of 181 over 99, 181 over 99. Heart rates are running 90 in regular risk. This time again, it's 22, non-labored really. Face rhythm on the monitor, 12-leets showing the same thing with no acute change is noted, satin on the 95, 96%. GCS of 15, glucose was 132, 132, IVV was unsuccessful.
