40-year-old male unresponsive but breathing at fairgrounds

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a medical call at the Davenport fairgrounds for a 40-year-old man who was reportedly unresponsive but breathing. Sheriff units and an ambulance responded and located the patient near two double-decker semitrailers by the practice arena.
