Disturbance involving former patient at clinic

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a disturbance at a behavioral health facility in Davidson involving a former patient who was upset while trying to retrieve belongings. Radio traffic later reported that the patient was placed in handcuffs.
