Verbal dispute in hospital emergency area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible domestic-related verbal dispute inside the emergency overflow area at a hospital near X Street in Sacramento. Officers and security separated a male and female, spoke with them in different locations, and then moved outside the emergency room entrance as the situation continued verbally.
