Woman found with stroke symptoms at elderly apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were dispatched to an apartment complex off 5th Street in Davis for a 63-year-old woman with possible stroke symptoms, including slurred speech and inability to stand. A neighbor reportedly found her, and responders were directed to a low-income elderly apartment unit.
