Truck driving wrong way near Commerce Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible wrong-way driver in a silver pickup traveling southbound and westbound between Commerce Street and Silver Street in the Dayton area. The vehicle was said to have an unknown Washington license plate.
