Man confused and on psych hold at medical center

As discussed during the dispatch call, police responded to a medical emergency at Rhea Medical Center involving a 36-year-old man being placed on a psychiatric hold. He appeared confused and was trying to leave but was not aggressive or violent. No weapons were involved.
