Car stopped for driving the wrong way on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a bolo for a silver vehicle reported driving northbound in the southbound lanes near Rhea County Highway and Hickman Road. They later located a silver Dodge Caravan with Virginia tags near a cemetery and handled the apparent wrong-way driving with a warning.
