Hit-and-run damages three parked cars on S 7th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible hit-and-run crash was reported near South 7th Avenue in Dayton, where three parked vehicles were found damaged, including one that was heavily damaged. The reporting party heard a crash and went outside shortly after but did not see the striking vehicle.
