Woman causes disturbance outside Circle K

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance at a store on North Second Avenue, where a woman had been asking for alcohol and then screaming in the parking lot. Staff requested that she be trespassed, but she apparently left the area before officers arrived.
