Man losing then regaining consciousness at Seymourtown stadium

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving an 80-year-old male who was initially in and out of consciousness occurred near the north end of the grandstands at Seymourtown Field. The patient later became conscious and alert and has a pacemaker. Emergency responders, including Northern Hills Ambulance and a firefighter from Spearfish Canyon, are on scene.
