Vehicles blocking road on Cherry Hill and Shadowlawn

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible traffic hazard near Cherry Hill Road and Shadowlawn Street, where four vehicles were said to be blocking the roadway and parked on the wrong side as an officer checked the area.
