Elderly woman with dementia has breathing and arm pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a home on Foley Street in the Cuyuna area for an 88-year-old woman with dementia who reportedly had shortness of breath, slurred speech, left arm pain, and was unable to walk, and was found on the floor.
