As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services were dispatched to a location near Lawson Lane in Dehue for a 68-year-old man who is a cancer patient and reportedly has not eaten or drunk for two days, has severe diarrhea, and a stomach bag that appears not to have been draining.
