Group yelling and drinking outside residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to a report of a group of men outside near West Hillcrest Drive who are allegedly yelling, drinking, and possibly fighting. The caller was unsure if there was an actual physical fight and indicated the group does not live at that location.
