Truckloads of dirt blocking El Camino Real driveways

As discussed during the dispatch call, a resident reported that truckloads of dirt were placed on the street and in front of driveways along El Camino Real in Del Mar, possibly blocking access. Deputies contacted county road crews, but no estimated time of response was provided.

I'm 927[1]. We had an RP advise that there was a truck load of dirt in front of impression dirt in front of their residence at (number withheld) El Camino Real and also in front of (number withheld) El Camino Real on the street and in front of their driveway.
