Woman unresponsive and not breathing after fall in Del Rio

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location along US 25/70 East in Del Rio for a woman who had previously fallen and was now reportedly unresponsive and not breathing, after callers reported she was sick to her stomach and making unusual noises.
