Unresponsive male with breathing issues and vomiting at Delta

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an apparent unresponsive man who was having trouble breathing and vomiting at a location on Kellogg Street in Delta. An ambulance unit arrived on scene and coordinated entry at the side door.
