Suspicious men in white van near Delta home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two men in a white van near the intersection of North and West roads in Delta. The reporting party said the men claimed their van had broken down but were acting strangely, screaming, yelling, and singing, and the vehicle was parked just south of the reporting party’s driveway. The reporting party requested that they leave.
