Police stop white minivan near West Fork and Eden Ridge

Officers were tracking a white minivan driven by a female near West Fork Road and Eden Ridge Drive and later between West 49th Street and Grace. At the same time, officers reported a possible disorderly man near a Speedway, reportedly yelling at customers and walking in front of cars before returning to the parking lot.
