Officers attempt to stop vehicle near Grandview

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were involved in an apparent attempt to stop or locate a vehicle with a specific license plate near a business on Frontier and later near the 5800 block of Grandview Boulevard. An additional unit was sent to assist near Andover Drive.
