Abandoned vehicle blocking lane at Mano Point ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a phone report of an abandoned vehicle near the Mano Point boat ramp, partially blocking the roadway on or near IN-66 in the Derby area. A unit was assigned to check the vehicle and surrounding area, referencing a prior contact with the same male on May 19.
