Intoxicated patient leaves medical center on foot

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports an intoxicated man who was under observation for possible self-harm left a medical center and was asked to leave the premises. He reportedly walked away in an unknown direction after last being seen wearing a plaid shirt and black vest.
