Man returns to property stealing items

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible trespassing and theft at a rural property along Highway 49 near Highway 143 and County Road 167. The reporting party is not on scene but is on the way after a neighbor said a male subject from a previous incident was back on the property stealing items.
