Pickup towing trailer without wheels reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 report of an older white Chevy Silverado with tinted windows hauling a small boat trailer that apparently had no wheels, seen near First Street and Riverside Drive by a fast-food restaurant in Detroit Lakes. An officer checked the area but did not find a vehicle matching that description.
