Vehicles stopped on highway median appear okay

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified about two stopped vehicles with flashers on in the median area of a highway near mile markers 39 and 40. A trooper was considered for response, but another officer reported seeing the same group earlier changing a tire on a boat trailer, and the situation was believed to be okay, so the call was canceled.
