Suspicious person reported looking into vehicles

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible suspicious person on private property near a rural county road. A male was seen under a tractor trailer and apparently looking into vehicles for keys. Deputies responded, and radio traffic indicates the male was later detained while officers looked for a possibly associated female.
