Traffic stop on out-of-state vehicle on Highway 132

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford on State Highway 132 between Natalia and Devine, involving an out-of-state plate. Around the same time, EMS was dispatched to a home on County Road 5714 for an apparent fall involving an adult woman.
