Unconscious woman found breathing in vehicle on William St

As discussed during the dispatch call, there was a possible medical emergency involving an unconscious female in a black GMC near William Street. First responders were activated and EMS was dispatched, but EMS was later canceled once the scene was confirmed to be handled.
