Person suspected of drug use and sales at store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a discount store on County Route 5 in Dickinson for a report of a suspicious person going in and out of the store. The person was reportedly not acting right and may be under the influence of narcotics and possibly selling drugs in the parking lot, causing concern for customers and employees.
